The Court has jurisdiction to conduct weddings throughout Indiana. Our Judge and Judge Pro-tems are available either in Court or at your location to conduct your wedding ceremony. Fees vary from $85.00 to $175.00 depending upon time and location. Upon your submission of this form, you will receive confirmation of your date and time. You will also be sent instructions from the Court on all the steps you will need to take in preparation for your wedding date.
